Recommendation

I've already written about some things I like, books, films and music. Those of you who read those posts are already familiar with the name Marian Keyes. She is a writer. Now, why her? Simply because I like her very much (what a subjective argument, isn't it). Well, first of all, she's Irish, and, apparently as most Poles (God knows why), I love anything Irish;) Besides that, she's got a great sense of humour, of course if one likes that kind of sense of humour... Her writing is hilarious and very witty as well, her characters are 'normal' people (mostly), although they don't always seem sane. She describes everyday situations in such a way you just have to laugh. Even unfortunate events are somehow funny, well, not the events themselves, but the way in which they're described. I've only read four of her books and started fifth so far, but definitely not going to stop! The ones I know are: Watermelon, Sushi for Beginners, Angels and Under the Duvet (non-fiction, a collection of essays) and partly The Other Side of the Story (but I already like it).
